天津企業(yè)展廳意向邀標(biāo)公示

根據(jù)公司發(fā)展需要，本公司擬建設(shè)一座企業(yè)展廳，現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)公開(kāi)征集設(shè)計(jì)方案。具體信息如下：

項(xiàng)目名稱(chēng)：天津企業(yè)展廳設(shè)計(jì)

項(xiàng)目地點(diǎn)：天津市南開(kāi)區(qū)華苑產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)中心

建筑面積：約5000平方米

設(shè)計(jì)要求：

1. 整個(gè)建筑風(fēng)格與現(xiàn)代都市相匹配，注重人性化設(shè)計(jì)，突出科技感、文化感和環(huán)保節(jié)能等方面。
2. 內(nèi)部空間布局合理，能夠滿(mǎn)足展覽、演示、接待、會(huì)議等多種功能需求。
3. 外立面材料選用環(huán)?？沙掷m(xù)性材料，并考慮到耐久性和防水隔熱性。

報(bào)名要求：

1. 有相關(guān)工程設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的機(jī)構(gòu)或團(tuán)隊(duì)。
2. 有優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)和專(zhuān)業(yè)人員組成的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)先考慮。
3. 獲得資質(zhì)證書(shū)或榮譽(yù)的機(jī)構(gòu)或團(tuán)隊(duì)優(yōu)先考慮。
